We perform a differentiated interview of the record system for allocation.
To the foreigners, we request the submission of the passport, residency card, etc, as well as checking validity, residency status and, more, we evaluate the comprehension level of the Japanese language and the communication ability needed to work.
We commit in offering high quality manpower, directed to the client’s needs.
2 – Education of safety and hygiene
Acquirement of appropriate knowledge to each workplace. We educate the worker to have interest in safety and hygiene; Instructions of care to manipulate products and machinery, in order to have the capacity to prevent work accidents and/or impurities mix.
We implemented an educational system that elevates the worker’s and manager’s awareness, according to each client’s educational program.
3 – We treat with empathy the problems and concerns at work.
Our company offers support to foreign workers, from habitation, including relocation, up to visa expiration control, visa renewal paperwork, as well as quick action to problems and concerns and attendance to governmental institutions, hospitals, etc.
